Somerset Community College, a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, is a public associate degree granting institution serving the south central region of Kentucky.
About our Liberty Campus-Having had the privilege to help transform the employment opportunities through higher education training in Casey County for over 30 years now, the Somerset Community College-Casey Center is pleased to continue our commitment of offering affordable and quality higher education opportunities to local residents. With over 150 Casey County Residents currently enrolled at Somerset Community College, we are currently endeavoring to expand training opportunities within the community and offer the chance for residents to obtain their Associate Degree in Arts and/or Science, Associate Degree in Applied Science in Business Administration, Computer and Information Technologies, Criminal Justice, Digital Printing Technology-3D Printing, Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education, and/or Visual Communication-Multimedia. Furthermore, students are able to earn their State Registered Nurse Aid Certificate locally through Somerset Community College Casey Center in partnership with the Casey County Area Technology Center. As we are endeavoring to meet the needs of area industry, we are excited about the partnerships that we are currently forming to ensure we establish a footprint of commitment and excellence for this community as it regards having the opportunity to attend a high quality community college and allow for them to graduate debt free.
