Freedom Fitness is a 24/7 access, fitness studio in Liberty, KY. We are open and accepting new memberships! Currently, desk hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-12pm & 3pm-7pm and Saturdays from 8-12. Our gym is open 24/7 for you to come workout at your convenience!

In appreciation of service men and women, Freedom Fitness-Liberty will be offering a 10% discount to all active, reservist, veteran, retired US military personnel, and first responders that are residents of Casey County!

Treetop Studio

New to Liberty, Casey County is Janine Clark and the Treetop Studio. Janine’s primary focus is as a personal trainer specializing in women’s fitness and beginning exercisers. Janine offers classes in Basic Body Mechanics if you are new to exercise or just want to learn proper form. The goal at Treetop Studio is to make exercise fun, in a safe, clean and comfortable environment. Class sizes are limited to allow for appropriate spacing and individualized attention from the instructor. Janine also offers training for individuals that have a paid membership at Freedom Fitness Gym. Treetop Studio is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Liberty.

Treetop Studio Classes are limited and by appointment only. An example of some of the classes offered are:

Critter Fit- a fun class combining strength, stretching and light cardio with yoga/ Pilates based moves that mimic the animal kingdom. Come and explore your wild side!

Boot Camp Challenge- intense cardio and strength exercises done to music with a beat to keep you motivated! Recommended for intermediate to advanced- men will like this one!

On the Ball- tone and stretch with moves done on large exercise balls and using small Pilates balls as well.

Meet Me at the Barre- Tone and lengthen your muscles with moves based on ballet, yoga and Pilates. Light hand weights and other tools will help you get firm and fit while popular music keeps you motivated.

Dance Fusion- Intervals of jazzy dance moves alternating with strength training will get your heart-rate up and let you have fun doing it!

Box it Out- Punch, jab and kick your way to a stronger, leaner body. Cardio and strength training using mainly body weight only. Great for guys too!

30 Minute Fitness Blasts – Don’t have a lot of time? Want to make the most of your workouts? Challenge yourself with one of these quick but intense sessions! No equipment, just a mat and your own body weight. Pick from Abs and Core, Lower Body, Upper Body or Cardio Blasts.
