Healthy Kids Clinic

Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. is pleased to offer a Healthy Kids Clinic program as a compliment to the traditional school nurse program.  The unique combination of school nursing services and school-based health centers (SBHCs) facilitate positive health outcomes for students.  SBHCs complement the work of school nurses by providing a readily accessible referral site for students who are without a medical home.  School nurses work collaboratively with SBHCs to provide an array of health services to keep students healthy, in school, and ready to learn.  School nurses and SBHCs both function as health safety nets for children in need and collaborate to provide comprehensive health care to students.

Services include acute care visits, well child visits, physicals, and immunizations.  Behavioral health and dental services are offered in select districts.  See below for a list of Healthy Kids Clinic locations and providers. Healthy Kids Clinics are open 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and by appointment.  When school is not in session, please call (844) 435-0900 for an appointment.
